Nice photo Colin. I know what you mean about them being random. They come out rather hit and miss. The light has to be just right to get decent photos from the Vision+. I've posted three from round here.

I love all these aerial images, I`d like to have a go myself but think I`d soon get into trouble flying a drone in the vicinity of Manchester Airport.

Excellent pictures though, keep them coming.

Video from that last sunset - I wasn't going to bother rendering it as it was rather grainy - but used some noise reduction software which helped a bit - and I kind of like the dreamy effect.

It looks very interesting.

If you can run to it the new Phantom 3 Advanced is £899 and you will get super results.
It's astonishingly precise and simple to fly.
You can get 'fun' quadcopters under £100 but they will be harder to fly and easy to crash.

 I like the shadows in the sunset image .....
