You're in shock? I'm in denial 😨 A thoroughly accomplished performance tonight after a better performance against Crapdiff last week. No defensive changes tonight yet Reading never really threatened. Maybe that's just because they are rubbish, yet we were creative, pacey and passed the ball around well again. Back to earth with a bump though as we have QPR on Friday 🤨

We were rubbish against a Leicester team that had conceded 17 away goals in five games.

They've won twice away from home this season in League and cup. Guess who rolled over for them on both occasions?

Happy with tonights result. We soaked up pressure well and were dangerous on the break. Considering we are bottom of the league a crowd of nearly 15k (about what top of the league QPR get) plus the game was on tv, is pretty good I think. It's been a good week all things considered.

The 48 league teams from leagues 1 and 2 join the clubs that are left from the non league in the FA cup 1st round. The draw is today at 12:30 BST with the matches being played the weekend of 6th & 7th November.

I would love to see AFC Wimbledon drawn at home to Milton Keynes Dons.

More surprising is that one of the fairly local non league teams from round here have reached the 1st round proper. Harrow Borough.

Glad for the fans, though IMO they're not particularly special in the scheme of things (that tatooed freak apart who is clearly special needs). That said I'm sure they were all laughing at us when  we were as incompetently and naughtily managed, so stuff 'em and anyone else who enjoyed our discomfort.

I saw this in the Mirror today and it goes to show just how much notice you should take of rags like that and their 'speculation'

Firstly there are two Andy Robinsons (he is a big lad, but still...) and he's been available on a free if you can pay him half a million a year like we do. Secondly most of those players have barely featured, and thirdly Tony Capaldi joined us on loan around a year ago and left soon after.

Finally Grayson, who is quoted, never has said that and never would.

How do 'journalists' (most likely some downtrodden hack at the bottom of the food chain who's cut and pasted) get away with it?
