Just kicking off this thread as a reminder to all - stats to follow after the weekend as I'm away until Sunday night. In the meantime im more than happy if anyone wants to post some below to help people with their predictions.

My stab in the dark this month is 15.65c


Currently living at roughly 65m asl North of Cowbridge in the Vale of Glamorgan.

Formerly of, Birdlip, highest village in the Cotswolds and snow heaven in winter; Hawkinge in Kent - roof of the South downs and Isles of Scilly, paradise in the UK.

Average first week then some heat? I think the chances of a significant heatwave are probably higher than normal but not certain. Another tough one.

Just watching the GFS ENS roll out and weirdly, the 850s pattern around 10th is similar to last year in the Op and the mean about the same date is notably on the rise. If it were to turn out that way, this year is if not carbon copy, oddly similar.ย
