12 sunny in Fulham but bitterly cold wind from the north

It was another cold start here today. I thought it looked like a slight frost on the shed roof. Checked the garden thermometer at half 6 and it was down to the zero mark

Similar to yesterday, though I haven't been to the coast today. Freshening easterly after a calm night.

6.6C but now a freshening (drying/nagging) easterly breeze is taking the edge off the temperature. Not a cloud to be seen, bar some contrails to the north from transatlantic early flights.

The wind out there is bordering on wild. Sky filled with high cloud ensuring another sunless day. Even with an easterly now sunshine is hard to achieve. 8.8c.

Not as much North Sea cloud as expected. Lovely blue sky but a freezing NE wind. Only 9.5 C at noon 🥶

The front that showed to the west yesterday afternoon but promised nothing has moved away and we're back to clear skies with a not quite such stiff wind as yesterday. 6.9C.

March temperatures here, only 10 C at noon. Last two days were only 9 C at that time!

Having said that it's completely blue sky and the leaves and blossom are out now so looking good.

A good day to be out but most folk have a big coat on 🙄

Over the magic 21C here near the South Coast. What a contrast to other places. Minus 8C was impossible to reach here last winter.

A beautiful day here, at 17.8°C. It's been completely cloudless and that nagging wind from the previous two days has finally dropped.

Thick fog in Edinburgh, 4 C

Inland, The Pentlands are already bathed in sunshine which I'm sure will break through here soon enough. We only reached 11 C yesterday so lets hope we lose the North Sea influence today ☀️
