Ready for some spectacular warmth (in the south, anyway) to be recorded

Off to a warm start here - 11.4, cloudy, humid; the dewpoint is 10.4 and the overnight low so far is just 11.2, more typical of early summer than late winter.

Yesterday's high was 13.5, so early April in terms of warmth.

(One thing that didn't change though was the daily rain, there was another 1.5mm. There's only been four dry days this month, 18 of 21 days have been wet - and though it's dry so far today, rain is on the way.)

Max of 13.9c today making it the warmest day of the year so far and, with decent spells of sun, it felt pleasant wearing a tshirt out in the garden. Even the Aussie SWMBO only wore a tshirt for our morning run, which is saying something for February.

Although not current conditions, a forecast suggests a sunny afternoon here. Currently see DEW for further west.

Cloudy, cool wind. Just reached 10 C in the garden.

Still only 77% of normal rain and 40% of normal sun. Normal mean temperature.

Broadly speaking January and February have seen normal temperatures, dry and dull. Very boring!

Maxed at 16.2°C compared to yesterday's 14.7°C.

Quite pleased considering only 13 was expected.

Yes, the first proper spring-like day today, with sunshine and fairly light winds. I had the window open for a time this afternoon.

A high of 13.9°C after a low of 8.7°C.

Fine with unbroken sunshine and the most gentle of south breeze. Doubt it'll reach the magic 60 F mark as it is currently 13.5 C & mid-80% H but feeling pleasantly mild anyway.

Currently just under17°C in warm sunshine, with a good wash on the line drying in a southerly, making it cooler along the coast (13 at Brighton).
