I just took the torch to "lamp post watch" in the back garden and there's very fine snowflakes falling here right now and they are settling on surfaces. Not sure if it's going to amount to much, but time will tell.

Just a dusting here. It looks like the heavier stuff went farther east.

There's at least a centimetre of snow on all surfaces here. The dog was hilarious when the flakes got bigger, attempting to catch them. I believe it may have snowed for, roughly, an hour and thirty minutes. It's wonderfully, bright, and clear outside right now,, with the temperature at -4.3c and a keen breeze.

I'm pleased to see Lincs with some snow! My daughter in south Notts reports another thin covering this morning to top up Friday's thin covering!

Here in Baldock, we've got just enough snow to cover the ground. It's all very quiet out there - not many people moving about.

Looks like we’ve had a tiny dusting of a mixture of small snowflakes and graupel overnight. Enough to make the roads white but almost hard to distinguish from the hoar frost over everything else!

Very bright even though it is still half an hour till sunrise with the almost full moon.

Another dusting here too. As there was still some remaining from the other day that must count as a dusting on a dusting

About a centimetre on the car as I left to work this morning.  A nice covering. No snow south of Harlow as far as I could see.

Technically we had snow fall in the early hours.     So much that if it was all collected together, from across town and surrounding fields, there'd probably be almost enough for 2 ants to have a snowball fight!

Not even a count the snowflake this morning after a weather warning yesterday. A white frost though again. I should now say/admit that the 'snow' report I made a few days ago on the top of a bin was in fact with forensic analysis and not rose coloured spectacles, graupel.

At last! For the past two years, November flakes not laying much and a January dusting on preferred surfaces.

This morning the temperature rose to minus 3 about 4am. At 6 there was a covering on all surfaces- the temperature was low enough for every flake to stick.

I think this is the most since 2018.

Real ski powder too.

Edit: MetO rainfall radar suggests it only fell for about 20minutes and with such fine powder it must have come down some during that spell.

A very light dusting here in the flatlands of South Cambridgeshire which arrived in the early hours.

Unusually for here it is still sticking to all surfaces.

Lying snow in January in South Cambs. Wow!

Well our yellow weather warning produce a sprinkling of graupel, to be honest more like a dusting of heavy salt. Temps are still dropping, -2.3c an hour ago but -2.6c now, DP at -4c and no wind whatsoever. If cold is all you need the weather is perfect, I myself would like a bit of snow, a few mm's isn't asking too much from a yellow warning is it?

Everything is covered in a thin layer of snow this morning here in the hills in the far south of Cambridgeshire. I’d guess around 1-2cm.  Our elevation (130 metres) will have helped a little.
