Conclusion

October 2025 was a milder than average month with just the one air frost all month which didn't even occur until the penultimate day of the month.

It was also drier than average yet again which has been a very common theme for this year and this just makes this year's rainfall deficit even bigger. A large part of what rainfall we did get came from Storm Amy at the beginning of the month.

However, October 2025 was substantially duller than average, thus ending the long run of sunnier than average months which have been occurring during most of this year.
