Thanks for that. Most parameters were already available via Open Data. What's not entirely clear (to me) from that press release is whether the Open Data feeds will automatically start appearing earlier or if you have to access the gribs via a different channel. If it's the former then charts will start appearing earlier by default. I'll look out later today.

Surely a different channel would make sense now there is presumably alot more data? I'm guessing the 6Z is no longer truncated?

I can now provide some more information on this, which I believe to be accurate, but any mistakes that follow are my own:

1. The ECM 06Z and 18Z runs extend to T+144.

2. Open data will continue to be delayed by one hour but will be made available at a higher resolution - 0.1° rather than 0.25° - from January 2026.

3. Real-time data is made freely available, but charges still apply for data delivery; essentially, you’re paying for bandwidth and the service package.
