Clear and sunny with freshening NE breeze. Good sub surface ground drying weather, not that we need it perhaps.

Great for laundry later.

A cold start here. The air minimum was down to 1 C. A lovely sunny start though with cloud beginning to increase from the north

Only 9 C here at noon 🥶 Still fair though. Highland's and Islands weather reporting sleet and hail showers up there after 24 C last week 😆

Not been above 7.9C here with frequent showers but they are very brief affairs due to strong northerly, only managed 1mm

There was a spell of drizzle as I drove home past Stonehenge yesterday. Spirits of the Druids doing their best?

Mostly sunny morning, the min was 3.2c but it had warmed up quite a bit by the time we went out for a run.

The afternoon generally was more cloudy with just a few breaks allowing for a max of 14.9c.

Quite pleasant overall given this should be the coldest day of the short cooler spell.

Down to 4C earlier. Now 6.5C which still feels chilly under freshening NE breeze.

Sunny, cold and clear instead of warm and sunny a few days ago.

What a difference a couple of days makes! Cold, cloudy, breezy and wet this morning, with light rain as a shower runs in from the North Sea (lake effect)! I suspect it's falling as snow today and melting on the way down... 850s are around -3C at the moment.

6.8, dew 4.8, light rain. The overnight low was 5.8 and yesterday's high was 14.8 (so 7C lower than Saturday). There has been 0.2mm of rain - not much, but enough to dampen the ground. There might be a bit more to come through the morning too.

It's my kind of weather, so no complaints from me! 😁

7.8C sunny, light E-ly wind.

Might even see a shower this afternoon - if it happens I'll celebrate the occasion with a special post in here🙄

A cold start to the week here, the Air Minimum was -1 C

It's warming up somewhat now and as is common this Spring, it's another beautiful day

It has turned pretty miserable now. Pleased for the allotment that we had our first precipitation for 10 days but not in that it was a heavy hail shower and the temperature at 1.00pm is now 9.2C !  Just measured as only 0.6mm. Wind has been stronger than forecast.

A high of 14.1 today, a mix of sunshine and blustery showers - with a brief rattle of soft hail at one point. There's been a paltry, but still welcome, 1.2mm of rain.

Grey overcast start to the day 5-6C and feeling somewhat "autumnal". There seems little chance of rain here for several days ahead and fields and gardens are already very dry.

After yesterdays dire weather (dry, cloudy and cold with brisk NE breeze) it's a sunny start with much lighter winds.

3C and a roof/grass frost.

It got to 24C on 1st May but month mean is now on 9.1C (-1.2C)

Woke up to a glorious sunny morning and it was only 0.8c so had to scrape the car.

Clouds of the illegal variety have fully filled in though now, so waiting for the sun's return, currently 8.7c.
