There were a few sunny intervals first thing this morning but today is once again starting on a mostly dull and overcast note with only the odd break in that cloud cover here and there.
Currently around 7°C here in Edinburgh
Update: I've just fired up the heating. LOL.
After that brief wetter spell of weather which we've just had though when our weather has at least been a bit more interesting, this is all becoming rather boring though once again as we once again seem to be returning to that same old high pressure dominated pattern which we had earlier on this month when it was constantly dry all the time with absolutely nothing happening in terms of our actual weather which is even remotely interesting.😡
Currently around 11°C here in Edinburgh
Radar shows some light showery rain approaching.
Currently around 5°C here in Edinburgh but we have now lost that wind from off the North Sea which has been around in recent days.
Sunny spells now with light westerly breeze and 9.3C
Dull with persistent rain where I've just reached the 10 mm mark, also a brisk southerly breeze is making the current 8.4 C & mid-90% H feel cold. Bit depressing but good for the lawn (for now).

Wind from NE again today it got going yesterday and has brought in east coast scourge of sea fog but have seen worse as it soon broke up but stayed cool with brief high about 12C. Still some clear patches and only 4C currently.
The lack of posting at the weather end of this site is telling, certainly a sign of the times. Might as well turn this Current Conditions thread into as a monthly thing. Eg: make the next thread as "Current Conditions May 2025". 🤣
