One suggestion I would put forward for any future consideration by Brian is perhaps the option to overlay MSLP (in the classic 4 hPa increments!) with the 850hPa temp profile. Would be a great way to help identify frontal boundaries and short wave troughs etc better. 

The 500hPa overlayer now also shows MSLP. I'll add to the 850hPa temp profile shortly.
