I think they are going to wait until after the final games are played and then se how many points they need to deduct to QPR second.

QPR still go up

FA are seen to be punishing

AND

none of the other clubs have the balls to make complaint

How is that punishment though? What would they have lost? Nothing apart from a trophy that no one gives a toss about. Going up is all that counts, and they still would. That would equate to no punishment whatsoever. Notic QPR are on tv tomorrow. That could be why the result has been delayed. The FA will bottle it though.

I said that above. Pay attention Matty.

That's exactly why I think the decision has been delayed. QPR v Leeds live on BBC.

1,800 of us plus whatever other tickets we've managed to blag there to watch a promising season fizzle out with a comprehensive defeat, so basically there for the piss up and to extract whatever reaction they can get from the QPR fans and Warnock (who is on record as saying he wants revenge for unspecified things that were said at Elland Road where we destroyed hi team mercilessly).

The rest of the ground celebrating the title.

That's explosive enough. If there were points deductions in the air..BANG!

Whatever the ultimate outcome is the motivation for it will be clear afterwards.

Last chance hotel for the Bees tomorrow (BIG GULP) at home to Port Vale, while Lincoln are at home to Aldershot.

Whatever, Barnet MUST win the game and hope that Lincoln either draw or lose...............not even "squeaky bum" time, just "finger nails chewed down to the bone" time. In fairness Barnet have been a poor outfit for quite a few years, albeit they've flattered to deceive a couple of times, and if they get relegated it won't be a great surprise. Major ground improvements are required, but ideally moving ground and increasing the stadium size would have made a huge difference: of course the local Council knows so much about football that it never happened! It'll be a difficult path back if they get relegated tomorrow, so here's wishing them a bit of good fortune at Lincoln's expense

QPR get away with it.

What a surprise.

How come they moved the final round of Championship fixtures from Sunday to Saturday?

'For TV'.

It was announced about eight weeks ago I think.

So we ended with a double against the league champions, and both victories well deserved.

As for QPR, a small club with small time, passive fans (how utterly awful were they today?). It goes to prove what money, and some pals at the FA can do.

We won't miss them (though I guess we need to find six points from somewhere next year), especially as even if Huddersfield win the play offs they will be replaced by a bigger club with proper fans.

And Swansea robbed of auto promotion by little QPR's cheating too. At least they finished above their little neighbours Cardiff I suppose. Proof that playing football the right way does get rewarded.

Personally, I think it's a plot against the Welsh.

Slightly more serious, but I did say to Tricky there's no way the FA would allow a Welsh thing to get promotion through the back door, although not too many would begrudge Swansea. Good fans, attractive football.

To be entirely fair although both Norwich's and QPR's fans are the epitome of the modern, happy clappy, cheer stix seals that the powers that be so desperately want to see in our grounds they played the best football consistently and deserved their promotion.

How ironic is that in four games against them we won two, drew two. That's my regret. We had the potential to beat anyone but a defence which would be improved by an Under 9 coach.

LOL!

Nice win to see you out. A worse season than you'd hoped, but a better season than it might have been.

Look forward to our encounters next season. The beer has nothing to do with it at all. Oh no

I was hoping you meant Danny Coles

New manager for Rovers, it would seem, will either be Danny Wilson or Paul Buckle of Torquay odds of 4-1 for DW and 1-2 for PB would take either of these but would question PB's loyalty (if he is in talks) with TQ in play offs.
