No cloud, bright sunshine, light air.

25*C; 73%RH.

1016.6mb falling slowly.

When I got out of bed in the early morning there was a heavy mist but that burned off long ago.  Temperature has shot up 6degC in the last hour - I wonder how much higher it will get.

Sunny and already 27 c - but not sure how accurate my £500 Vantage Davis is when exposed to direct sunshine but it certainly does feel very warm in the shade anyway. 60% h under a gentle SE breeze.

Looking and feeling like a proper high Summer's day, and the high 850 hpas associated with the Spanish plume-like set up hasn't even arrived yet.

Thinking my first 31C since last year will be reached today.. perhaps even 32C which would be quite impressive for my location.

Now 30 c with the sun blazing away. So why am I seeing youths still wearing full hoodie gear with their concealed faces hunched over their mobiles?! What is the matter with them?

We just hit 30C

Still a couple of hours of heating to go so the magic 90F/ 32C is quite likely.
