8.0 mm so far today . . . all as rain of course.
Only a dusting of fresh snow here overnight here in the flatlands but it is snowing moderately at the moment.
In the flatlands of South Cambridgeshire 15m ASL.
11.5cm here and snowing
Only 2.5cm but looks pretty and it is all powdery.
Temp -0.8c
Areas to the north seem to have done much better as forecast by Euro4. However a few heavy ahowers scraped us so pleased.

Iโm thinking though, this past decade 2009-2019 has been particularly productive for snow for inland southern England (away from the far west and London). Around 10 decent widespread falls (3 inches or more) over that time I think.... compared to only 2 or 3 in the period 1992 to 2008.
I only seem to be able to copy 1 link at a time - any ideas?

Snowing lightly here about an inch overnight more than I was expecting. Slight thaw though boo!

Managed to get to work - all major roads clear - unlike last week

Amazing scenes outside, there has been heavy/mod snow falling in Burnley and as Joe says not forcast for this area. About three cm of lying snow and everything covered
Cheers Paul S.
Only 2-3cm on the Surrey N.Downs, we actually had more on Tue night.
Still beautiful though.

Pretty decent show here - About 5- 6" and still snowing lightly. Amber alert in force until 11. AM. Glad I decide to have a flexi day today as I think my commute over the downs would have been "difficult".
Going out for a trudge in a while.

Around 15cm here on the outskirts of Bristol. Still snowing with another 2 to 3 hours forecast.
Given we were in the 1 to 7cm band on the met forecast last night, all the more surprising.

0.5cm in Evesham overnight - and the first 9am ground cover (just!) of the winter. Probably the last we'll see till 2020 too!

Woke up this morning to our first dusting of snow of this Winter. Quite a decent snow shower coming through now.

Currently 0.2C which has been steady since yesterday late afternoon. Light cloud with the odd few flakes.
Well, two or three times a decade it does, anyway.
