One of the rare occurances where Manc doesnt get snow, but Merseyside does.

Not really all that rare. The city itself seems one big UHI - I can think of loads of examples in the last decade where east Merseyside at least has had a lot more snow than Manchester itself.

Let’s not start comparing inches again Saint. ;-)

But yes, just rain here. With a temp of +4C/-2C I’m not surprised.

Yes it’s 4c here now but falling and I’m hoping that band of cloud coming from the West, holds back until it gets colder. Oh, it’s 3.9c now. Steady as she goes!

Heavy wet snow, very unpleasant.

I was hoping so but the radar suggests the main bulk has passed and it did no more than rain. Hoping Tuesday brings more substance!

Aaaargh!  Just starting here.  I can’t see it but can hear it on the conservatory roof and it sounds too heavy for my liking.     Temp still falling though and now at 2.8c.

Had snow on and off this evening.
Currently moderate snow and 0.8c
Light covering on the grass and patches on roads and pavements and other frozen surfaces. Very marginal though.

Apparently conditions are quite bad around Buxton atm. Looks to be an inch or two of cover. We missed the main band as it went through this evening so the snow didn't really amount to much here.

Moderate wet snow here, trying to settle on the shed roof but that's about it. Temp. has been falling steadily and now at 1.1 C.

Been up to 350m where there is 2 inches

Down in the village there's a slushy covering

Turning to rain now 😥
