I'm surprised that no-one else has answered Gavin P.'s initial post on this thread so far, but I would like to thank him for yet another excellent video in addition to all of the other content which he has produced throughout this year (which of course, extends to far more than just his videos).
Obviously, anyone who is forecasting the weather can only go by what the models are showing at that time, and Gavin is no exception to that rule. However, it is just a real shame that there are still no signs of any proper winter weather, other than the possibility of a bit of frost and fog under high pressure although even this would be far better than the complete and utter mild borefest which we have had to endure so far, during this complete non-event which is known as our "winter",
Anyway, I would just like to take this opportunity to wish Gavin P. and his helpers (such as Terry Scholey and James Ackrill) along with their friends and family, a very Happy New Year when it comes, with all of my best wishes for 2019, regardless of what the weather decides to throw at us then.
