A bit of a let-down from yesterday's lovely sunshine this morning as it is now raining here in Hawick with a temperature of around 13°C.

Still, the gardens badly need the rain, so I can't really complain too much about that.

The north of Edinburgh, usually always missing out on snow events which occur not just within the rest of Scotland or the UK, but also within the rest of Edinburgh.

Overcast with very light rain, just enough to slightly moisten the ground but not tipped the rain gauge yet. At 19.1 C & 76% H under dead calm air, all it's really done was to make it feel more humid and clammy.

High 23.4c in sunshine which disappearred about half an hour ago.

Cloudy now , rain doesnt look too far away, but will it make it here. 21.3c

23.4c will be the high here, which will reduce the monthly average high, given how warm it has been.

I'm statistically offended that I have to start counting from 1 again in terms of dry days!

We had a few drops. Hoping no more later. It’s muggy, completely overcast and still here. Moody weather - quite dark.
