When was TheWeatherOutlook established, and who established it? TheWeatherOutlook was established in January 2000 by Brian Gaze. Brian completed his Ba(Hons) degree in Economics in 1991 and the following year gained an MSc in Computer Based Information Systems. Brian spent several years researching expert systems and has had several papers published in scientific journals relating to their use in production scheduling. Brian went on to set-up his own Information Technology Services business which provides consultancy to a wide range of clients including investment banks and media firms. Brian has been enthusiastic about the weather since the long hot summer of 1976, enjoying both hot and sunny, and cold and snowy conditions!
