Still, the qualified I suppose. Hats off to them for that, but the neutral would have loved to have seen a proper ballsy approach from Ireland rather than rolling over and dying after 3 minutes.

Ukraine v France
Ukraine coach Oleg Blokhin has refused to give any clues about his starting line-up against France.
Captain Andriy Shevchenko was involved in a minor road accident after victory against Sweden, but he was not hurt and is available for selection.
France midfielder Yann M'Vila has recovered from a sprained ankle and could feature.
He may replace Alou Diarra, who started in the holding role in Monday's 1-1 draw with England.

Sweden v England.
Sweden are expected to bring in Jonas Olsson at centre-back and switch Andreas Granqvist to right-back.
Fit-again striker Johan Elmander also looks for a recall at the expense of the misfiring Markus Rosenberg.
England captain Steven Gerrard and Scott Parker have overcome exhaustion and will continue in central midfield.
Glen Johnson will play despite being on antibiotics for a toe infection, while Wayne Rooney serves the last match of his two-game suspension.
Right-back Martin Kelly is doubtful for England with a virus.
Roy Hodgson believes that Sweden's well-drilled side and unpredictable striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic may pose England problems in Kiev.
"They are organised as a result of years of work based on English coaching," said Hodgson, who began his managerial career in Sweden.
"Their major weapon is Ibrahimovic - he is one of the best strikers in European football."

Spain made 860 passes last night against the Irish which is a Euro Champs record and a truly amazing stat. Xavi and Iniesta made more passes between them than the whole of the Irish team.

I wonder how many passes England will make tonight its going to be another tough game. Im not sure about starting with Carroll I'd rather start with Welbeck and Young up front and OX in midfield the more pace the better. Maybe bring Carroll on later for plan B ( lump it up to the big man) if we need it.

I think tonight we will find out just how well Hodgson has done with this squad the onus is on England to get at a pretty ordinary Swedish team.

Footballing wise this is definitely the best tournament I can remember not one boring game so far. And apparently the most goals per game ratio since 76.

Players called off the pitch between Ukraine v France because of lightning in Donetsk amazing scenes. Pitch now flooding incredible.

Certainly a long delay coming up.

Could be one of those rare games this evening when Andy Carroll isn't the biggest tit on the pitch.

Apparently, there may be a protest against the sex trade that'll involve women taking their tops off.

Bring it on.

Even if England qualify its virtually certain to be Spain and the end in the next game with France 2-0 up, as they will beat Sweden in their last game. Goal difference won't play as we don't score goals really.
