I have to say that the message STAY HOME - PROTECT THE NHS - SAVE LIVES  is spot on and probably effective.

As soon as Cummings and co got it that we had to lockdown, they produced a short and effective message/slogan. I dread to think what the hopeless Remainers would have produced.

If you can find out when the delivery slots open up on your supermarket of choice, you could try and nab one - albeit they'd be three weeks out. I suspect they open at midnight (or possibly 1AM now), but I'm not awake at that time of day so couldn't confirm!

Incidentally if you can get hold of it, the current batch of Pilgrims Choice Extra Mature cheddar has a "use by" date in July...
