Temperature outside station was around 22/23C with very high humidity and with no breeze that felt very summer like.
Left work at Langley, Berkshire at 20C then 20-21C on the M25 all the way then on A2 toward Gravesend was 22C the highest before dropping back to 19-20C in Lower Stoke, Kent. Amazing to see how warm lately and not the usual mild 13-15C over nights low.
The warmth holds this morning. Overnight low was 16.7c. Currently 18.4c.
GFS has a little link from the warm continental high to the new one from the W; that creates a flow from the south over the extreme SE tomorrow. Thermal contrast is amazing- 3pm forecast temps:
