8.8c behind me on the hill 

In The Dales: Litton, in the valley 3.0c,Bordley, on the hill 8.4c

Touched 4.8C at 6am, wind picked up slightly soon after and now an hour later it's already 8.5C

A pretty dreich start today, windy with heavy rain. It is mildish though. Cloud cover 100% as to be expected with rain, cloud base is low, about 50m, and visibility is very poor. Wind gusts heading for gale 8, blowing F6 at the moment from the south west.
