All we need now is some "ijot" in the MO reporting a snow flake and this thread will be in meltdown

Thanks Llamy!

I'm still moaning because I've got miserable rain again today!  No snow here and the models still can't make head or tail of the conditions!  I find that quite laughable really and can't believe this is dragging on for so long!

It will only take a slushy cm to satisfy me this winter - yet, it has been that bad

I'm hopeful we can get some snow next week, the sun is still relatively weak at the moment but only until the end of Feb. So whatever falls should stay put for a while if the temps and dew point etc are low.

I'm hopeful we'll get snow next week too, but I've been saying that for two weeks!   Actually, so have some of the models!!

Having had a little freezing rain early on today and some (convective) hail yesterday I'm a bit spoilt by current standards!

Cold on the way next week so keep the faith

Winter down south in 'briefs' - well almost

Everytime i'm down the high street, always see one or two blokes trotting around in shorts

Is this winter uk?
Or summer vacation in the bahamas

I know the past two winters have been different... but only two snowy winters, hardly balances the 20 years or so of mild crud that came before... ahh well

There is always the summer storms to look forward... oh wait... maybe time to consider a location move

Oh yes, I'm keeping the faith Dave!  But I think I might give up if we still haven't had snow by July!

My name's Caz and I'm also a snowaholic.  Although I've managed without a snowflake for over a year, I've been very tempted to fall off the waggon and book a skiing holiday just to get my fix!
