Looks like 27C was the high yesterday:

(The 31C can be discounted as a dodgy reading IMO; the station spent the afternoon in the low 20s).

EDIT: 27.3C at Northolt was the max:

Today's max should be similar but further west this time due to an increasing easterly wind.

Been tolerable with a breeze . Had strong sunshine enough to get some rays .maxed out at around 23c cooler than forecast but no problem with that. Winds died down ready for the night. Plenty having picnics today enjoying the sun.
