The Bank Holiday weekend will coincide with a changeable period of weather. All areas could see showers or longer spells of rain, with the wettest conditions often in the north and west. Conversely, the driest, brightest, and warmest spells are likely in central and eastern England.

Most of the UK will have a dry day, but outbreaks of rain develop in Northern Ireland this afternoon. Cloud builds from the west, so the sunniest conditions will increasingly be focused on eastern counties.
Temperatures range from 15°C in the north west to 23°C in the south. Check the weather radar for the most up to date view.
