Issued 6th August 2024
Central and eastern counties of England have a dry and bright day. In the west, Wales and Northern Ireland showers are likely at times. However, in Scotland outbreaks of rain continue this morning, with the heaviest bursts in central and western areas early on. As the day progresses they will become more showery and increasingly restricted to the west.
Quite windy, particularly in the north. Temperatures range from 15°C in the far north west to 23°C in the south. Check the weather radar for the most up to date view.
