Will August turn out to be the warmest and driest month of the summer? Check out the TWO monthly video forecast below.
Tomorrow isolated showers are possible in England and Wales but most of the UK has fine weather. It will be very hot again in the south with temperatures similar to today's. The north remains cooler and fresher but still pleasantly warm in the sun.
During Monday thunderstorms become more widespread in central and northern Britain. Cloudier skies in places may peg back temperatures but in parts of the south values probably reach the mid 30Cs again.
Very warm or hot conditions are expected to continue into the middle part of next week week but the risk of thundery downpours increases. By Thursday and Friday cooler air is likely to be returning southeastwards but drier conditions should return.
