Temperatures range from 3C (37F) in the north to 8C (46F) in the south. See the rain radar for the latest view.

During Saturday outbreaks of rain clear eastwards. They may linger in East Anglia and the south eastern corner into the afternoon. Brighter conditions follow but showers feed into the west and turn wintry in northern Britain. It will be quite cold.

Sunday brings a mix of sunny spells and wintry showers. Windy with the risk of gales in northern England and southern Scotland

Next week unsettled weather continues. All regions have wet and windy spells. At times it could be cold enough for snow in the north.
