Unsettled outlook

Outbreaks of rain move northwards through Friday. In the south showers steadily fade away to leave dry and sunny periods in the afternoon. Temperatures will be close to the seasonal average.

Saturday looks showery in central and northern regions. The south probably has a dry morning but in the afternoon wet weather pushes into the south west. Through the evening it extends more widely across southern counties and winds strengthen.

Changeable conditions continue on Sunday. Outbreaks of rain in southern and central counties should clear eastwards to leave a bright afternoon. In the north scattered showers are expected. Temperatures won't be far from the seasonal average.
