Sunday starts bright. During the day cloud builds but southern and central regions stay dry. In the north showers develop in the afternoon and through the evening more persistent spells of rain spread into the north west.

On Monday a band of wet weather sweeps southeastwards and some heavy bursts of rain are expected. In the north and west it turns brighter and showery.
