Change on the way

During Thursday and Friday changes takes place. The high pressure centre continues to move northwards and that leads to a cooler northeasterly flow developing across the UK. The risk of showers also increases. Despite that there should be a lot of dry weather.

By the weekend showers become more widespread. In the south east there may be some heavy and thundery as warm air feeds in off the continent.
