Heatwave next week?

Next week high pressure is expected to drift over the UK and become centred to the east. That leads to the likelihood of of a lot of fine weather and very warm air filtering in from the south east. Temperatures during the middle part of the week could reach 32C (90F) in southern and central regions.

Later in the week there are indications of low pressure developing to the south of the UK. That could cause thundery conditions to push northwards across the UK.
