Zero so far. No rain at all since the 7th April, in fact, 3 and a half weeks ago. Here's hoping there might be some tomorrow!

We've had drizzle since the early hours. This follows some overnight light rain during the weekend. It's keeping everything just watered and lush, without the rain being too onerous. |

Copied from yesterday's current conditions thread. The next rain is due on Friday but I'm wondering whether this will follow the same fate as todays? Friday will start with sunny spells, but it will become increasingly cloudy with a band of rain arriving from the northwest towards the end of the day so says the BBC. Backtracking already as the forecast for tomorrow now suggests: FridayTomorrow morning is expected to be dry with plenty of warm sunshine. In the afternoon, cloud will build in from the north-west, with a few light showers arriving late in the day. The 'band of rain' is now a few light showers.
