Good morning.  Calm, cloudy, damp from earlier rain and very mild at 15.5c. 

17C damp and showery with brisk SW wind.

The frequent heavy showers I've been expecting today from yesterdays forecast are no more and it's sunny spells instead.

Sunny - quite windy and 21C.

Very nice and warm.

Some light rain early this morning, then breezy mid morning but calmer and drier this afternoon.  No sunshine but we reached 20.4c.  

The earlier rain amounted to nothing more than a few dribs and drabs here in Edinburgh, and the Sun has even came out with some blue sky around.

So much then, for the complete washout of a day which the forecasts kept telling us that we were going to get!!

As at 4pm this afternoon, the temperature here in Edinburgh was around 17ºC which is still far too warm for this time of the year.

A pleasant end to the day with clear skies allowing the warm golden glow of the setting sun to beam into my famed west-facing hobby room. A shame we're now at this time of the year where the sun sets at about mid-afternoon.
