I don't really want this to turn into yet another version of the summer moaning thread, but I will say that although the Sun is still shining here in Edinburgh, the temperatures are refusing to rise.

As as 3pm this afternoon, the temperature here in Edinburgh remains stuck at around 19°C where it has now been for the last four hours or so.

A pleasant afternoon with some decent sunshine and good garden growing weather. The showery stuff making its way across the Channel seems to be losing its mojo like the stuff last night did. Plus ça change. A small locally produced shower north of Poole it seems from the radar.

25.7dc in Glasgow. Wall to wall sunshine very little in way of cloud, light breeze. Tomorrow apparently to be slightly cooler. Hopefully a trend to extinguishing noisy garden neighbours… does noone now exercise personal noise control?
