Nice photo.

I wouldn’t worry too much about light pollution as a good display would be viewable even in cities.

A striking example would be: https://spaceweathergall...oad.php?upload_id=175628

It was bright enough to see faintly soon after sun went down, and quite high in the sky - it wasn't dark enough to see more than a handful of brightest stars when I took the shot

Nice photo.

See NCs once this year (only because I had 1 chance of seeing it so far), but saw it several times last Summer. All were on northern horizon, but the one on your photo was extending southwards.

This was taken at midnight of 14/15 June 2021 on top of Ringinglow Road, on Eastern margin of Peak District, just west of Sheffield.

Yes I saw them again but closer to horizon than previously and some sea-related cloud was obscuring them.

Saw these driving north through Wiltshire last night.

First time I have seen noctilucent clouds, and they were brighter than I thought they would be.

Strange and beautiful.
