With the help of Stellarium I named some, I would only have known Venus which was almost bright enough to cast a shadow when this was taken at last New Moon.

There is a website called astrometry.net run by NASA. You upload you image and in real time and annotate your stars and Messier objects for you. Takes about 5 minutes usually to get an answer. Incredible resource and it's free.
