Had a few flakes coming down this morning for about 10 minutes or so. Didn't amount to anything.

we had some wet sleet, few flakes mixed in with rain - certainly couldn't be described as snow.

Exeter saw very few showers actually - more rain and sleety hail and of course as temperature dropped the showers passed ..!

But a few miles outside of Exeter saw wet snow - Cowley, Crediton, Kennford - all saw wet snow.

As expected not a single flake seen here.

Some good snow showers this morning, though struggling to lay even at 220m ASL. Frequent showers during the afternoon but wintry rather than snowy.

Nice pics of snow in Shaftesbury and Abbotsbury on BBC South weather - just a covering but glistening brilliantly in the sun after the shower had passed through

bit of a damp squib west of scotland yesterday and overnight, was due to be in firing line and woke up to barely a slushy mess.

Sorry, but that made me laugh.  Almost 5 weeks of winter left and around 8 weeks where there’s still potential.

Mon: Had some falling snow monday night at my level, no sticking though
Tues: Pentlands as viewed from Edinburgh snow covered
Wed: now hills starting to look snow dusted rather than covered as rain / high temps work their magic
