Read about this in one of the newspapers - Reckon it's Canadian bush fires which have caused these impressive sunsets - Shows how far smoke can travel.

It is a lovely picture Kev; wonder if, historically, (Biblically), a similar phenomenon gave the Burning Bush story to Moses.

I was travelling back from Barnstable on Sunday evening and I committed on the orange/red sun shining through the A/S. This was at 18:00.

It is a lovely picture.  I couldn’t make my mind up whether it was a fire, or a truly spectacular sunset.  Beautifully captured!
