Same here, dropped below freezing again very smartly, -0.3 now.

A flurry of (presumably) back edge snow here as the rain and clouds cleared away. Different air is in situ now...

A sprinkling of snow here this morning. The first since those few flakes that settled in October!

A very patchy dusting in Saddleworth this morning, seemed to be above ~ 250m but it might have been more to do with where the showers hit.

Showers are gradually getting heavier but only an inch or so lying. Still well below freezing.

I was awoken last night by graupel battering off the windows.

Same here!

Snow/graupel showers off and on all day today.  Short and sharp but not settling. Just got in and car temp was +2.

I'm working at 300m asl near Bradford today and the light covering from last night has lasted all day in the shade. Whilst nothing remarkable, for this winter it is notable. Hopefully the start of better things.

Most of the snow that fell here last night is unmelted on the garden and decking but there have not been any further showers for a few hours now.

Moderate snow here on the Wirral accumulating on all surfaces. And this is at a height of 14m asl. The Meto might want to reconsider their just-issued warning of “hill” snow...

Spent the early morning up Moel Fammau where at the top they still have about 3cm and alot of ice. Started to snow when i got to the top then really came down. Covering everything within a few minutes. Followed me all the way home falling fairly heavily. 20p-50p pieces

Home now and the spell of heavy snow has ended and been replaced with fizzly sleet light snow. No covering except on bits of grass
