the weather in london today Sunday afternoon is quite extraordinary Gin blue cloudless skies, not a breath of wind, warm at 19 degrees and parks full of people enjoying this so rare unbroken autumn sunshine. Must be a really strong high pressure over us. Recently day after day of cloudless skies and warm sunshine. If this was July the temperatures would be in the mid 30s.

Temperature has risen a full degree C in the last hour, despite the rapidly declining sun; now 18.1°C. Under brilliant blue skies and unbroken sunshine, it feels particularly warm out there. Vest and shorts= v comfortable.
