You did to Chelsea precisely what we did to them at Wembley a few weeks back i.e press, play high and keep Jorghino under control.

Sarri continues not to learn, having managed to turn arguably the best DM in football (Kante) into a bang average midfielder higher up the pitch; all of this to accomodate Jorghino.

Again, Chelsea never looked like scoring, because again, there was never anyone in the area to receive a ball over the top to beat the press.

Quite why Sarri doesn't play Giroud from the start is beyond me. I have little idea about how Sarri's mind works.

I'd start Giroud, he's a handful and has a good record a PL striker.

I think I heard someone say that tonight was only the second clean sheet kept by Arsenal this season - the other being against Huddersfield.

The Arsenal defence was well organised. And why? Because Chelsea's playing tempo was so bloody slow. So slow the back four could have left the pitch to retrieve their deckchairs.

It's all very well Sarri complaining about his players. But the buck stops at the top; especially when there is no plan B.

I turned over to watch something else after about 30 minutes.  I don't understand Sarri's disinclination to play with a striker.  If nothing else it wastes Hazard's skills and I fear it increases the odds of him deciding to move elsewhere.

He recently closed down his Argie restaurant in Purley

I thought he had f*cked off home but he was still playing for the reserves

He was a good servant to the club in the 00s, but why he refuses to retire is a mystery. And we kept him on the payroll out of loyalty

Well worked goal from Llorente.

Shame it was at the wrong end.

EDIT: Llorente is having an horrific game. No anticipation and the first touch of Peter Sutcliffe.

Bring on Sterling and give him a run out.

EDIT EDIT: Llorente's performance today is quite possibly the worst I have ever seen from a player in a Spurs shirt.

I note there was little consolation from his team mates when he fumbled the ball into his own net.  Poch clearly didn't want to diss him when interviewed but must secretly be really disappointed in his performance.  Both of his headers were poor, one off the shoulder and the other not met with any force and, hence, drifted wide.  His confidence is clearly shot, despite the hat-trick at Tranmere.  He'll probably play him Sunday at Palace so maybe other options will be considered on Thursday.  Great effort from Winks by the way and fully deserved to score the winner.
