CET competition - November update Another poor month for most people in terms of prediction accuracy. Only our leader is now below 10C in terms of cumulative error for the year and that is only by a whisker. Nemi still has a significant lead and looks highly likely to win the competition this year. But a lot can change in one month. It is very close for the minor places with Tractor Boy having stormed up into second place and Weathermac up to third. warrenb is a big climber up 12 places to 10th with Dougie and Chidog just behind also making significant progress this month. Quantum is the joint highest climber up 14 places to 14th with Deep Powder also up 14 to 35th. Alvin Meister is up 13 places to 23rd after correctly predicting the November CET. Going in the other direction marting is down 14 to 44th and Twister down 13 at 45th. vince continues to prop up the table and looks almost certain to win the wooden spoon.

Month on month changes of over +/-6C are fairly rare Only Oct/Nov 2013 (6.3C) and Oct/Nov 2005 (6.9C) have occurred on the mean CET since 2000 |

Many thanks GW! Congrats to the climbers and to all who took part. It's nice to see I've managed to hang onto a place on the second table as well. |

Cheers Simon, amazing what you manage to produce for us every month I feel like I've spent a fair bit of time in in close to 4th or 5th place this year
I gotta say, December has me bamboozled |

I see you and I are on exactly the same error to the nearest hundredth. Though somehow you are a division above me! |
