A cool spring might ruin this, but I think we could be looking at a first 11c+. I'll go 11.03 please.
For a bonus point, I'll think we'll break the annual record with no record breaking month.

10.66C - like the battle!! Maybe we might tap into a very warm European spell this summer to help reach this figure. Then again...

With the residual warmth from the current Nino in the first half followed by the upcoming Nina in the second half of 2016 I expect ( guess ) we'll come in around 9.97c.

First time I've entered the annual competition so...9.91c. Quite an unsettled year I think with the jetstream prone to relatively prolonged troughing and ridging, much as previous years.
