Surprised it's gone up by 0.2c in a day, which wasn't particularly toasty. I'm left clinging to the hope that there's a downwards correction. The Metcheck figure would be nice!

I'm surprised as well.  Even though it's been mild at night I didn't think it would have made a 2c difference this late in the month, although I need more than a 2c a day rise to the end of the month.

The CET dipped just below 6C last week. But the last few days of the month will be relatively mild pushing the CET up close to 6.35C based on my current estimate.

Final CET was 6.39C. So congratulations to kendalian who prediction 6.40C. That was the closet prediction this month.

Here are the charts for March. Another very average month overall. Minimum temperatures were slightly below average whereas maximums were above average.

Annual CET competition - March update

Here are the tables for March. We have a new leader in Snow Hoper. First time he has been top of the table I think.

Norseman is the other big mover in the top 10 moving up five places to 5th.

Edicius81 is another significant climber in the top part of the table moving up 12 places to 12th.
