i appreciate its a general forecast, but feel they should do a northern version ! For the last couple of weeks it’s been saying mainly mild, and all we have had is snow 😃😃.

Reminder - "The Big Freeze" tonight on Channel 5 at 9pm. I believe this to be a new programme although I suspect much of the footage will be the usual archived stuff.

Well given the fact we will be in meteorological spring from Tuesday, then it's impossible not unlikely doh!  - unless March is late winter? From my understanding, the winter months are December, January and February. - So late winter is February which only has one full day left.

The Met Office is increasing the 3-day heatwave temperature threshold in Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire from 27c to 28c

Lincolnshire will now have to hit 27c up from 26c and the East Riding of Yorkshire will now have to hit 26c up from 25c
