A covering above 200m here in Sheffield. Places below this elevation, such as IMBY, just wet snow and not settling. Nice to see though!

Just lovely to see some snow falling again.
Down to 0.5c now with light snow continuing. Light covering on most surfaces now and the road and pavements are getting whiter. Pity it doesnt look like lasting much longer.

light snow from 7pm onwards, now going slight moderate. We did have some effort this afternoon but apart from the odd flake it was mainly sleet.

Just put the dog out for a wee and was surprised to  see a 2 cm or so of snow on the ground.  Enough to give that lovely crunchy, squeaky sound. Temp is down to 0.1c

We had about 1cm which was enough to cause chaos on the roads for the evening rush hour. It has melted now mostly but was good whilst it fell. Looks like Flash had a few level CM

Snow on and off all night but it was mostly just above freezing so rather wet., with little further accumulation.
I suspect considerably more now higher up, e.g. Blakey Ridge is currently -0.8 and hasn't been above freezing since early yesterday, snow will have been heavier there too.

I travelled to Derbyshire yesterday afternoon and I was met by the first significant snow they’ve had this winter.
The settling snow is very altitude related. I know the hills very well and the snow line starts at around 350ft (approx 115m) with a wet slushy 1 inch at 500ft (160m). Above about 700ft (220m) there is a good 2-3 inches 6-8cm with all the hawthorn and tree branches covered. A lovely scene unfortunately I’m back in the SW on Monday after my flash family visit.

Had to pop over to Keighley over early evening last night do could confirm how 'altitude sensitive' the fall was with 150 to 200m being the transition from slush to lying.

Grey and melty up there now.

Just had 3 days in the snow in the Lakes. I'm talking over 300m but there's plenty of it and with a great inversion yesterday being on the tops was stunning!
