Those of you with a keen eye may have noticed a button on the site homepage with the title Christmas 2014 on it. That means updates to our (for fun at this range) Christmas forecast are underway again and will continue regularly until the big day itself!
In the last few years the weather during the festive season has been mixed with cold and snow at times. December 25th 2013 wasn't particularly cold with temperatures in the south of England not far off the average, although in the context of a very mild and largely snowless winter in lowland areas it felt more 'wintry' than many days.
