March outlook

Drier at times?

The March forecast has been issued and the headline is for drier spells. After the wettest winter on record for parts of the UK a drier month will come as a big relief. March 2013 was very cold with many areas seeing significant snow, but a repeat isn't expected this year with sleet and snow mostly confined to higher ground in Scotland.
