The TWO winter forecast will be issued this month

TheWeatherOutlook UK winter weather forecast is issued in late November and covers December, January and February. The forecast discusses the weather prospects for the whole of the UK, and once issued is not updated. There has been a lot of speculation about the prospects of a cold and snowy winter in the UK this year, and the initial winter thoughts suggested this possibility.
